Regional Strategic Planning Model
This repository contains code, a working example, and documentation of the Regional Strategic Planning Model (RSPM). The RSPM is an offshoot the the GreenSTEP model. The code and documentation is for Version 3.5 of the model. The documentation is for both the GreenSTEP model and RSPM.
