陶飞教授在该文中提出了一种将DT用于复杂设备故障诊断的新思路。首先构建风机齿轮箱的虚拟(仿真)模型,并通过实验验证确保模型的可用性。通过数字孪生体(仿真模型)实时仿真出齿轮箱啮合处的形变和应力数据,将这些数据与传感器实际采集的振动数据一起,用于后续的机器学习分析,进行设备故障诊断。

Transfer Learning as an Enabler of the Intelligent Digital Twin
使用迁移学习作为数字孪生模型和数据驱动模型的桥梁,从数据驱动模型(深度学习)中学习故障诊断和异常检测知识,将其迁移到数字孪生模型中。不直接迁移到物理对象的行为中,而是先在数字孪生仿真模型中进行验证,以避免安全风险。
