How to use this extension?

1. Install sqls
2. Install Visual Studio Code and vscode-sqls.
   • Press Ctrl+Shift+X or Cmd+Shift+X to open the Extensions pane.
   • Find and install the sqls extension. You can also install the extension from the Marketplace.
   • Open any *.sql file in VS Code. The extension is now activated.
