Fly Setup

1. Deploy to fly
2. Get dedicated v4 IP fly ips allocate-v4
3. Setup Certificates for root domain and wildcard with fly
4. Set needed DNS values and validate certificates (this may take a while on the fly side ... did for me on the wildcard certificate)
