1. updateSite: syncs the teaching and data of my website when I modifiy local directories
2. syncPdfExpert: syncs two PDF folders
3. runProcs: script with functions for performing various tasks outside of Python: running LaTeX, exporting iPython Notebooks to .py files, etc.
