No need to add "Experiment" and "Run" manually on the webpage, do it in the batch excel sheet.(SRA_subtemplate_v2-7.xlsx)

One sample corresponds to one Experiment.

aspera is way faster than ftp (aspera.uploadFastq2SRA.sh).
