☕ Do you want Coffee? (* Please, do it listening jazz~~) ☕
- Heat the water, the ideal point to turn off the fire is at the stage of small bubbles (90ºC to 92ºC or 194°F to 197°F). If you can use mineral water, even better.
- Blanch the cloth strainer with the hot water (hint: if you boiled the water, don't worry: it will reach the ideal temperature while you scald the strainer).
- Put the coffee grounds in the filter.
- Start pouring the hot water into the center of the filter and make circular motions. This will help stir the coffee grounds and eliminate the need to stir with a spoon.
