Scraps ISO3166 and ISO4717 data to JSON using only Node.js

Running

1. install git;
2. run git clone https://github.com/leodutra/node-iso-country-currency.git;
3. install Node.js;
4. run npm i inside the downloaded folder (use --cache-lock-retries 1000 --cache-lock-wait 100000 if your network is not good);
5. run npm start;
6. check the generated json files.
