In the script, replace the following variables :
"<cx_username>" : Your username to connect to your CX device
"<cx_password>" : Your password to connect to your CX device
"<cx_ip>" : Your CX device's IP
"<slackapp_token>" : The token used to connect and send messages to your Slack App
