BidjePeyim

BidjePeyim gives access to various draft laws of finance, the legal and regulatory framework of the Haitian budget, statistics on the financial situation and employment in the state administration.

(BidjePeyim est une application mobile sous android pour la publication des projets de lois de finances, du cadre légal et réglementaire du budget haïtien, de rapports sur la situation financière et de l'emploi dans l’administration d'Etat.)

OBJECTIFS

Des objectifs sont naturellement assignés au projet ; ils sont d’ordre général et spécifique.

Objectif général

Promouvoir la transparence budgétaire au niveau de l'administration d'Etat ;
Rendre accessibles les informations relatives aux prévisions de dépenses de l'Etat central ;

Objectifs spécifiques

Publier au moins quatre lois de finances passées et celle en vigueur (en cours d'application) ;
Communiquer des statistiques sur le niveau de l'emploi, la masse salariale et les mouvements dans les entités ;
Publier mensuellement le niveau des autorisations de dépenses dans les entités étatiques ;

USER STORIES

The following required functionality is completed:

User can :

see a list of news related to Public Finances.
search news and documents using Search bar.
access budget(credit and expenditures) report of each Ministry.
access "employment statistics on each ministry".
access statistics related to nominations, termination and reintegration process.
access and download text related to "Regulatory framework for budget"
read the "About" page describing the role and mission of the 'Direction Generale du Budget'.

The following optional features are implemented:

App can send Push notification when there's a new content added.
Data can persist on device.

The following bonus features are implemented:

User can click on a link and redirected to his/her personal web-based email of the 'Direction Generale du Budget'.
