An attempt at a few basic working examples of using the Covarion model in RevBayes.

This repo will be updated more regularly, and broken more often. Once a stable copy is working it'll be available in the the main RevBayes tutorials repo.

Scripts

  1. unrooted_Covarion_GTR_IG_MCMC.Rev - This script is an attempt at implementing the same version of the covarion implemented in MrBayes in the RevScript / RevBayes framework running a standard MCMC analysis.

  2. unrooted_Covarion_GTR_IG_SS.Rev - This script is an attempt at implementing the same version of the covarion implemented in MrBayes in the RevScript / RevBayes framework running a stepping stone analysis.
