Pitch ordering

The order of the pitches, top-to-bottom, crowds votes on early pitches.
It would be good if the votes could be randomized, or sorted so that the pitches came in with new talks on the top so we didn't have to keep scrolling down.
Added the ability to reverse the order of the pitches so new ones come in up top; hopefully this option can be group tested, but it feels like it leaves the UX a little janky... your screen keeps reflowing as you read. The option has to explicitly be turned on, so current behaviour is kept.
