Demoing Chatbot for HR with Rasa framework

Chatbot has custom actions set up. It can lookup the salary for a employee.

To use this:

1. set up rasa
2. on one terminal run: rasa actions run
3. open another terminal: rasa shell

After making any changes : rasa train

To test NLU model: rasa shell nlu
