Collectd python plugin to gather freeradius stats

Enable freeradius stats: http://wiki.freeradius.org/config/Status

Plugin uses subprocess to execute radclient. Timeout is 1 second.

To enable:

sudo cp freeradius.py /usr/lib/collectd/plugins/python

And available configuration options:
