Php starter pack for vindinium

Inspired by vindinium-starter-python.

Should work with php5.3.* with CLI.

Libraries deps:

php5-cli cURL php5-curl

Run with:

php starter.php <[training|arena]> [server-url]

Examples:

php starter.php mySecretKey training 30 php starter.php mySecretKey arena 1

Other:

This was a private repo, but it doesn't matter anymore since the contest has died.
