Barracuda is a lightweight and cross-platform Neural Net inference library for Unity. Barracuda can execute both on GPU and CPU. Currently Barracuda is in the preview development stage, so adventures are expected.

Barracuda model conversion tools require Python 3.6 and depend on few of Python libraries, detailed list can be found in Tools/requirements.txt file.
