GPS in localization

Hi @koide3,

I've inspected your hdl graph slam and hdl localization algorithms. As far as I understand, hdl graph slam uses GPS information to create an edge constraint between the nodes of pose graphs. However, the localization does not use GPS info. Is there any extension of your localization repo for GPS information?
