##Parking App v0.2
As opposed from previous version that required NFC for scanning and reading each car's parking info, this one requires the user to input the plate no, then search through the servers to get back related info of the plate no/car in subject. If the car in subject exists in the database.

App to be used in the metropolitans one day, target Kenya at the moment.
Paying parking fees is paid via SCRATCH CARDS, via several paypoint in town using Android APP. Will be used to collect parking revenue of the government.
