- pressed voc button then change pointer icon(desktop version) or show the border (mobile version)
- when user click or touch the screen then marked region and show the text edit with cancel/done button
- when user pressed done button new ticket added on issue system with screenshot, device information, country information, browser information... etc and archived by json data
- post msg to specific server
