Public demo DECtalk instance opened for personal/casual use.
It has the phoneme mode enabled by default to allow for singing.
Usage
Using the widget
Visit https://dectalk.nitrix.me for the online widget.
Using the API endpoint
You can make HTTP requests to https://dectalk.nitrix.me/synthesize with your speech inside the body.
The HTTP response is raw wav audio.

The table below lists the phonemic alphabet that DecTalk uses, along with an example of each sound.
DECtalk requires that the stress symbol appear immediately before the vowel.
