Issue with slow update

For a while I have been noticing reduced bandwidth of zenodo - especially when a lot of model containers are being updated. After building the containers, in current workflow all of ~2200 models get tested against their respective containers. I think chekcing only one model per model group (similar to the nightly tests) should be enough. Perhaps add another workflow to test all of the models with the containers periodically.
