I created this plugin to learn a bit more about DNF plugins. Best solution is to use the dnf-plugin-post-transaction-actions plugin and create the following configuration in /etc/dnf/plugins/post-transaction-actions.d/rkhunter.action: *:any:rkhunter --propupd.
