INCLUDE THE PHP CLASS

require("core/Template.class.php");

INSTANTIATE THE TEMPLATE CLASS

$template = new Template();

OPEN THEME FILE

$template->file("demo.tpl");

ASSIGN PHP VARIABLES

$template->assign("title", "My Page Title");

RENDER THE TEMPLATE FILE

$template->render();
