Installation instructions:
- Install miktex: https://miktex.org/download
- Double click the .tex file (it should open in miktex)
- In the top left select (pdfLaTeX + MakeIndex + BibTeX) and press the green "play" triangle
- The console will open and process the file, please automatically allow to install all required packages automatically. You might need to press enter in the console possibly.
- After the console finishes, a new window with the generated PDF should show up.
Note:
- the right column is smaller, because of a hack:
