The Source Files are:
- iterator.py contains the data iterator class
- parsing.py contains methods for parsing contour and DICOM files
supporting source files:
- plot.py contains a function for helping view polygon masks and contours points together
- test_parse.py contains a test case to parse all files and view the bitmask vs the actual contour points
