npm install

nodeとnpmがインストール済み
$ node -v

$ npm -v

vue-cli をインストール
$ npm install -g @vue/cli
$ vue -V

で確認
FirebaseのEnv設定
.env.local を下記の形式でプロジェクトディレクトリ直下に配置する
