Makes it possible to handle Gml via JaxB by utilizing JTS. It seems OGC (http://www.opengeospatial.org/) did publish ogc-tools code in the past for there GML 2.x spec. This lib is loosly based on those ogc-tools with an upgrade by Bjorn Hartell to Gml 3.2
