CustomMurrayLabScripts

These are a set of custom Matlab scripts and functions for analysis on and visualization of eye tracking, behavioral, and fMRI data, which was collected during fMRI and visual psychophysics experiments in the lab of Scott Murray at the University of Washington. Eye tracking data was acquired using an EyeLink1000 eye tracker. Behavioral data was collected using Matlab's Psych Toolbox and Presentation Neuro-Behavioral Systems stimulus delivery software. Although these scripts are specific to our lab's directories and data coding conventions, I think this code could be instructive for someone looking for a way to evaluate fixation during experiments, reduce large eye tracking data sets down to summary statistics, and visualize those summary statistics in a way that enables flexible exploratory analysis. This repository is primarily intended as a backup/catalog of the work I have done as a Research Assistant in the Murray Lab.

MatlabSupportFunctions

These are a set of general purpose Matlab functions I wrote to in order help with a variety of data processing tasks. They are most intended either to fulfill a role for which I could not find an existing function or to capture a specific algorithm inspired by scientific literature. Some of these files, in particular the plotSpread package and wmean function, were downloaded from the Matlab File Exchange but are included here because they are used throughout my code.
