Tools to remaster JustBrowsing and convert to ISO

- extract-iso: unpacks ISO to dd image
- jb-remaster: convert ISO to raw image and vice-versa
- rebuild-fs: expand, shrink, and clean ext4 partition
- squash-image: converts dd image to squash-filesystem
- sfs2iso: converts squash-filesystem to ISO
- strip-iso: generates a "lite" version ISO
- upgrade-iso: unpacks, upgrades and repacks ISO to latest packages
