bootstrap check failure [1] of [1]: max virtual memory areas vm.max_map_count [65530] is too low, increase to at least [262144]

Increase the vm.max_map_count sysctl default value from the Linux default 65530 to 262144

podman machine ssh
sudo sysctl -w vm.max_map_count=262144
docker-compose up -d
$ docker-compose logs sonarqube | grep 'operational'
2024.02.11 23:32:27 INFO  web[][o.s.s.p.Platform] Web Server is operational
