A 2 Dimensional Euler/Naviers-Stokes Equations solver.

2DENSE is still under developing and will be updated instantaneously.

This is the original code for our paper "An Adaptive Characteristic-wise Reconstruction WENO scheme for Gas Dynamic Euler Equations".
