TopHat
An MVC framework developed in PHP a few years back as a starting point for projects.
Includes custom built-in active-record-esque MySQL ORM complete with mappings, validation, and hooks.

Most all /system/ code is documented inline. Some time when I get more free time I will update this readme with more
INSTALL
- Extract files to the necessary project directory
- Change the PHP_INCLUDE_PATH in the /htdocs/.htaccess file to include the root directory
- Update the site's root directory to the /htdocs/ location in the necessary Apache config file
- Confirm Apache has AllowOverrides All for the /htdocs/ directory
