My machine-setup and configuration for Ubuntu & Ubuntu-based OSes.

To initiate a full setup using the provided scripts, issue the following commands in a shell window:

# verify root availablitlity
sudo -v
# run once per machine
./setup.sh machine

# verify root availablitlity
sudo -v
# run once per user to configure
./setup.sh user

Optional profiles are available, but not widely used.
