This project aims to develop an artificial intelligence system that can estimate hand pose from 2D images. The system utilizes deep learning techniques to accurately detect and predict the position and orientation of a hand in an image.
Python 3.8.1 (recommended)
Virtual environment (recommended)
- Create a virtual environment:
python -m venv myenv
- Activate the virtual environment:
source myenv/bin/activate # for Unix-based systems
myenv\Scripts\activate # for Windows
- Install the required dependencies:
pip install -r requirements.txt
To train or test the network, you have two options:
Use the Jupyter notebook TFG_Training.ipynb for training or testing the hand pose estimation model.
Alternatively, you can run the main.py script to perform training or testing directly from the command line.
