Intra and Inter specific trait variation
This Repo is for the Inter Intra project for Futres. It is starting with an African murid dataset from http://projects.biodiversity.be/africanmammalia
The CLEANED data is stored as "data/AfricanMammalDB_CLEANED_28Jan2022.csv". This is the dataset to use for other analyses. It contains all the measurement and locality data as well as locomotor mode data from Nations et al 2021.
