Installation

1. Install prerequisites: curl, git, rcm, nvim and/or vim
2. If using NeoVim, verify configuration: nvim '+checkhealth'
3. Run sh -c "$(curl -fsSL 'https://github.com/johnsonjh/dotfiles/raw/master/install.sh')"
