This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app
.
This repo captures a bug between Transcend and Slate (v0.58.4), which specifically seems to be an incompatability between Transcend and immer bootstrapping itself. (Immer is a popular library for working with data immutably)
yarn
yarn dev
> navigate to localhost:3000
> see app crash due to TypeError: Cannot assign to read only property 'Symbol(Symbol.iterator)' of object '#<DraftMap>'
> comment out transcend script in pages/_document.tsx
> reload page, it works just fine
(johnrjj): seems like immer is trying to use Map to extend/create its own 'DraftMap', but Transcend is messing with DOM write permissions here?
First, run the development server:
npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.
You can start editing the page by modifying pages/index.tsx
. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.
API routes can be accessed on http://localhost:3000/api/hello. This endpoint can be edited in pages/api/hello.tsx
.
The pages/api
directory is mapped to /api/*
. Files in this directory are treated as API routes instead of React pages.
