Move to JuliaCollections?

In #23 @scls19fr suggests moving this repo to JuliaCollections.
I'm open to this, or adding additional maintainers, as I am not regularly using Julia and haven't been quite as prompt as I would like in reviewing PRs here (or using and improving this package).
@johnmyleswhite Do you have a POV on this? It's under your name, so I believe you'd have to do the transfer if that's the desired outcome.
