$ git clone https://github.com/johndrinkwater/ambient-noise.git && cd anoise && sudo python setup.py install --prefix=/usr

The sounds are from the freesound.org web page, remastered by Juan Carlos (http://pragmart.wordpress.com)for ANoise project
Up to 320kb, resize length, better loop & less package size.
