For the Coursera Getting and Cleaning Data course, part of the Data Science Specialisation
The repository includes the following files:
- README.md: This file.
- CodeBook.md: The Code Book describing each variable and the data set.
- run_analysis.R: The R script used to process the data.
- TidyDataSet.txt: The output tidy dataset.
The source data for this project was downloaded from https://d396qusza40orc.cloudfront.net/getdata%2Fprojectfiles%2FUCI%20HAR%20Dataset.zip The file was unzipped and placed in the folder: C:\Users\johnot\Google Drive\Data Science\03 Getting and Cleaning Data\Week_3\Project\getdata-projectfiles-UCI HAR Dataset\UCI HAR Dataset
Run the run_analysis.R file and it will output the TidyDataSet.txt file in the working directory.
