Objectives

1. Templates should be able to reside in their own files and add zero friction despite COR issues.
2. Templates and partials should be accessible by convention.
3. CSS should be compiled with it's corresponding template.
4. Remove boilerplate for text to tempate compilation.
5. Templates should be pre-compiled for performance if possible.
6. Support for multiple templating languages and CSS preprocessors.
