This Repository cnotains code for the analyses reported in the following manuscript:

Compiled Data Analysis Files

• Notebooks/MPFC_Analysis.ipynb - contains the code for the main MPFC analysis, including model training, testing, plotting and model weight z-coordinate correlation.
• Notebooks/WB_Analysis.ipynb - contains the coe for the whole brain analysis, including model traning, testing and plotting.
• Notebooks/Supplementary_analyses.ipynb - contains all of the code necessary to perform each supplementary analysis included in the supplementary materials.

To run the analysis notebooks, all data must first be unzipped from the All_data.zip file.
