Topeka Community Cat Fix website
Our mission: TCCF’s mission is to improve the lives of community cats in the Topeka area by spaying and neutering. Objectives: a) Educating the public about community cats and the need for Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR). b) Identifying community cat colonies. c) Trapping, neutering, and returning community cats. d) Supporting colony caretakers. e) Sharing information and collaborating with other animal welfare supporters within the community.
