R project to use during R Markdown BERD workshop [Reproducible Reports with R Markdown](Reproducible Reports with R Markdown)
Instructions
Download this folder as a zip file at this link: https://github.com/jminnier/berd_rmarkdown_project/archive/master.zip
Unzip/uncompress the downloaded folder (very important for PC).
Open the berd_rmarkdown_project.Rproj. This will open an instance of Rstudio with this folder as the working directory.
Run the code in 00-install.R by clicking on the file within Rstudio and clicking "Run".
Solutions
Some solutions to exercises can be found in the solns folder.
