Cookiecutter template for an AWS Lambda function in Python.
The following configuration is dynamic and will be prompted for.
- repo_name (the name of the folder that will be created)
- short_description
- lambda_name (the name of lambda)
- lambda_file_name (the filename containing the lambda code)
- Install cookiecutter
pip install cookiecutter. - Run the template
cookiecutter https://github.com/hmrc/python-lambda-cookiecutter. - Provide values for the prompted settings.
- cd into the folder created with the given repo_name variable.
