Google Search Blacklist

A Google Chrome extension which allows you to block websites from appearing within search results on www.google.com.

Installation

1. Download the latest release from google-search-blacklist/releases
2. Double click the google-search-blacklist.crx file and allow it to install to Chrome.

Alternatively, to build from source:

1. Download the source code
2. Open chrome://extensions in Google Chrome
3. Click 'Load Unpacked Extension' and select the root extension folder

Usage

Blocking sites

To add a site to your blacklist, click the dropdown menu to the right of the site address on your search results page, and select Block example.com.

Editing block list

To view and edit your blocked sites, visit google.com/preferences#search-blacklist.
