LetterSource allows you to create, find, and fork letters and then get them formatted and addressed for printing to your Legislatures. It will take your address, and using the zip, find potential legislators, and then format the letter to include their and your address in a manner suitable for printing.
You can also fork letters: start with the text of one and editing it so that you can add your own voice and rationale if desired.
