This project was bootstrapped with Create React App.
A friend of mine asked me to build an LinkedIn clone to showcase to her students. Of course, it was an honor to do this. :-)
Please ensure that:
NodeJS LTS is installed: https://nodejs.org/en/
Git is installed: https://git-scm.com/
In both installations, please just simply follow the prompts.
In the command prompt, please install:
The Yarn package manager using this command: npm i -g yarn
Typescript using this command: npm i -g typescript
Restart your command prompt.
In your preferred folder directory, please use this command: git clone https://github.com/jillmnolan/linkedin-clone.git
In the command prompt, please run these commands:
cd linkedin-clone
yarn install
yarn start
http://localhost:3000/ will populate the LinkedIn clone.
