To run:

clone this repo: https://github.com/jfuerst92/Brigandine

cd Brigandine

pip install -r requirements.txt

to start notebooks run:
jupyter notebook

notebooks:
analysis.ipynb
best_fit.ipynb
evals.ipynb
neural_net_diabetes.ipynb


Running these will generate most of the plots(in browser) and then some.
