A tool used to load Blueprint mods for Unreal Engine 4 games

While the tool doesn't have "official" Documentation yet, here is a very good Guide that was made for the game Ghost Runner, the process of making a mod is essentially the same for all other games.
* You can enable or disable the console via the ini
* You can use the Ue4 Say function and add a /Print to the end to print to the modloader console
* Press F8 to dump Object Store
* Press F9 to dump Engine Settings
* Press F10 to dump World Actors Array
